Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration on Improving the Pricing Mechanism to Promote Local Consumption of New Energy Power

Vigorously promoting the development and utilization of new energy resources such as wind and solar power is of great significance in supporting the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy sector and achieving the goals of peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. Developing local consumption of new energy is an important means of facilitating the development and utilization of new energy resources and meeting the green energy needs of enterprises. To implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council and to promote a higher level of local consumption of new energy, the following matters are hereby notified:
