Business Development Manager

   Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the development of Renewables projects such as wind and solar power, and leading the preliminary site selection, investigation, and project screening processes.

  2. Analyze the regional resource and industry conditions, understand relevant policy information, identify suitable resources and channels, and provide feasibility study materials related to planning and design.

  3. Responsible for end-to-end project tracking, including preliminary site surveys and due diligence, bid negotiations, contract signing and implementation, grid connection, and handover and payment collection.

  4. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining relationships with owners, government agencies, grid operators, and other stakeholders, and facilitating the implementation of projects.

 

   Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not restricted.

  2. More than 3 years of work experience in the Renewables/grid/power plant industry (with complete preliminary development experience in one or more wind and solar projects each exceeding 50 MW).

  3. Possess the ability to independently conduct pre-investment analysis for projects, engage in business negotiations, and prepare analytical reports.

  4. Familiar with the operational principles of power-related industries and have a certain understanding of the Renewables industry.

  5. Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent personal image and demeanor, and willingness to travel frequently.

Investment Manager

   Job Responsibilities:

  1. Independently take on troubled projects involving photovoltaic and wind power plants for marketing financial institutions.

  2. Communicate with various parties—including creditors, debtors, and the court—regarding the restructuring process and develop a power plant restructuring plan.

  3. Coordinate with the company’s technology and engineering departments to conduct a thorough assessment of the value of power plant projects.

  4. Connect with various investors, design investment models, implement robust risk controls and investment assessments, and develop exit strategies.

  5. Ensure smooth communication and coordination among the construction, operation & maintenance, and internal relevant departments involved in the power plant’s disposal process.

 

   Job Requirements:

  1. Master’s degree or higher, from a 985 or Double First-Class university; major in law, finance, accounting, or power-related fields; experience working at one of the four major asset management firms—Xinda, CITIC (formerly Huarong), Orient, or Great Wall—or at the asset management division of a large commercial bank; minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent personal image and demeanor, and willingness to travel frequently.

Electrical Secondary Design

   Job Description

  1. Responsible for the technical work related to the electrical secondary systems in the substation’s step-up station, as well as the design, commissioning, and testing of secondary communication and protection systems for transmission and distribution lines and substations; and for resolving various technical issues arising during construction that pertain to the electrical secondary specialty.

  2. Responsible for design-related technical services during project implementation, including assisting with design briefings, reviewing drawings, handling design changes, and verifying that the site and equipment comply with design requirements.

  3. Responsible for technical coordination with design institutes and equipment manufacturers at each stage of the design process.

  4. Participate in project feasibility studies and technical assessments, and assist with tendering and procurement activities, including drafting procurement technical specifications.

 

   Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Power Systems and their Automation or a related field; more than 5 years of design experience in electrical secondary systems for power generation, transmission, and transformation; more than 3 years of engineering design experience in Renewables projects (such as photovoltaic or wind power).

  2. Familiar with photovoltaic systems, wind-solar hybrid power generation, and electrical substations and transmission lines in power systems; capable of independently performing electrical construction drawing design. Proficient in using CAD software and familiar with national construction codes, design standards, and acceptance criteria.

  3. Possess strong communication and coordination skills and be willing to travel long-term.

Construction Management

   Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the schedule for individual projects, as well as plans for manpower, materials, and equipment.

  2. Be familiar with project construction drawings and technical plans, and coordinate with construction personnel to conduct technical and quality briefings.

  3. Manage materials and machinery at the construction site, and arrange for labor, materials, and equipment to be delivered on time; be responsible for safety precautions during the project’s construction period.

  4. Properly collect, store, and archive process documentation in project management; assist the construction supervisor in verifying quantities of work.

 

   Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field; more than two years of experience in construction management for Renewables projects such as wind and solar power; holding a Level 2 or higher Mechanical and Electrical Construction Engineer certificate and a Class C1 driver’s license.

  2. Be familiar with the procedures and workflows of all stages involved in the construction of Renewables projects, and understand the construction and acceptance standards.

  3. Familiar with the preparation of on-site construction organization designs and on-site construction plans, and possess a deep understanding of quality, safety, and civilized construction management in building construction.

  4. Possesses strong verbal communication skills and is willing to undertake long-term business trips.
