Jingshen News | The Integrated Source-Grid-Load-Storage Project at AVIC Lithium’s Luoyang Base Successfully Connected to the Grid

On July 17, 2025, the first batch of demonstration projects in Henan Province—and the largest-capacity integrated source-grid-load-storage project in Luoyang City—developed by Huanneng Luoyang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. with general contracting by China Fifth Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. and constructed by Xuchang Jingsen Electric Co., Ltd., the Zhonghang Lithium Power Grid-Load-Storage Integrated Project, was officially announced and connected to the grid and put into operation.

Jingsen News | The 50MW Dingbian Zhongyu Hengneng and 50MW Dingbian Gao Heng Photovoltaic Projects Connected to the Grid and Begin Generating Power

At 10:00 on April 29, 2025, the Dingbian Zhongyu Hengneng 50 MW photovoltaic power generation project and the Dingbian Gao Heng 50 MW photovoltaic power generation project successfully completed their first switch-on and were smoothly connected to the grid for power generation. Located within the Gongbu Jing Photovoltaic Industry Park in Bainijing Town, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, these projects are ground-mounted centralized photovoltaic power generation facilities integrated by Xuchang Jingsen Electric Co., Ltd., covering “development, financing, design, construction, and operation & maintenance.” The successful grid connection and power generation of these projects mark the beginning of a new era for Xuchang Jingsen Electric Co., Ltd. in comprehensive management of the entire photovoltaic project lifecycle, and represent a significant demonstration of the company’s advanced full-lifecycle management capabilities in the field of photovoltaic project construction.

Frontline Update | Chengde Shuangluan 200MW Solar-Storage Integrated Project Connects to the Grid for the First Time

At 11 p.m. on December 29, 2024, after months of intensive construction and commissioning, the 200 MW integrated photovoltaic-storage project in Shuangluan District, Chengde City, Hebei Province—constructed by Xuchang Jingsen Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingsen Electric”)—was successfully connected to the grid and began generating electricity for the first time. As the first rays of sunlight appeared on the morning of the 30th, the photovoltaic array delivered its very first batch of clean power. This milestone marks another significant achievement for Jingsen Electric in the photovoltaic sector and signifies a key victory in the construction of the 200 MW photovoltaic project, laying a solid foundation for the project’s full-capacity grid connection.

Frontline Update | Lu Shan Yao Electric’s 100 MW Wind Power Project Fully Connected to the Grid with Full Capacity

At 10:26 on December 26, 2024, the Yaodian 100 MW wind power project in Lushan County—constructed by Xuchang Jingsen Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingsen Electric”)—officially achieved full-capacity grid connection and began generating electricity. This project is Jingsen Electric’s first hilly wind power project developed and constructed entirely by the company itself. It is also Henan Province’s first wind power project to simultaneously put into operation a “wind power + distributed storage” system and connect to the 220 kV grid. Moreover, it is China’s first onshore wind power project featuring a 160-meter hybrid-tower structure connected to the grid.

Frontline Update | Leaders from Hebei Construction & Investment and industry experts visited the Dingbian Photovoltaic Project to supervise and guide safe production and operations.

On May 21, 2024, Jin Yongliang, Deputy General Manager of Hebei Construction & Investment Energy Investment Co., Ltd., led an inspection team along with a group of industry experts specializing in photovoltaic power plant safety production, to conduct a comprehensive assessment and provide guidance on the safety production management practices at the Jinko, Tianruida, and Longpan projects of the 130 MW photovoltaic power plant operated by Jiantou Guorong Dingbian.
