Intelligent Operations and Maintenance
In areas such as “operation and maintenance of wind and solar power plants, substation upgrades and renovations, and technical upgrades for thermal power projects,” we have established a full-lifecycle operation and maintenance system encompassing “intelligent monitoring—precise diagnostics—proactive maintenance—technological upgrades.”
We are collaborating to build a “Renewables Operation and Maintenance Cloud Platform” that provides end-to-end online services covering the entire workflow—from remote monitoring and fault early warning to work order dispatch and performance evaluation. The platform supports centralized management of multiple projects (capable of simultaneously monitoring over 500 power stations), real-time data visualization (making power generation, equipment status, and environmental parameters instantly clear at a glance), operational monitoring data (including system performance indicators, energy consumption/loss metrics, and operation & maintenance management indicators), and mobile-device collaboration (maintenance personnel receive work orders and upload on-site photos via an app). As a result, the response time for operation and maintenance has been reduced from “hours” to “minutes.” We are also promoting the application of large AI models in fault prediction, deploying coordinated control technologies for “source-grid-load-storage” integration, and enhancing substations’ ability to adapt to fluctuations in Renewables sources.
The operations and maintenance team currently has nearly 50 members, with a 100% certification rate for specialized technical qualifications. The core team members have an average of over 10 years of industry experience and have all led more than two large-scale ground-mounted power plant O&M projects. By 2030, we aim to manage and operate power generation capacity exceeding 1 GW, with Renewables accounting for over 80% of that capacity.
