In 2009, we founded Xuchang Jingsen Electric Co., Ltd. In 2013, we proactively positioned ourselves in the Renewables sector and successfully led the company’s transformation from traditional manufacturing to green energy.

In 2017, Henan Ant Green Dot New Energy Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on investment and asset management businesses and establishing a new development model driven by both the real economy and capital.

In 2024, the annual tax payments made by Henan Ant’s affiliated enterprises exceeded 30 million yuan, and their investments in public welfare initiatives—including education, beautiful countryside development, and social donations—surpassed 20 million yuan, demonstrating the social responsibility and commitment of private enterprises. The company has been honored with titles such as “Dingbian Good Star.” In corporate management, the company emphasizes adopting a long-term perspective to grasp development trends, driving enterprise evolution through continuous innovation and increased investment in technological R&D. Since starting my career in 1998, I have spent many years deeply immersed in the banking industry, accumulating extensive financial expertise. In 2011, I made a cross-industry transition into the Renewables sector, successively serving as the Engineering Department Manager at Hangzhou Weisheng and as the Deputy General Manager of Pingmei Huamu Tongtu, gradually establishing a professional project management system for Renewables initiatives.

Joined the company in 2017. With years of financial expertise gained from banking experience and hands-on experience in Renewables project management, I have deeply integrated these two areas of knowledge, playing a pivotal role as a core driver in the company’s  Renewables project development and team management efforts, thereby injecting strong momentum into the high-quality growth of our business. Currently, I am responsible for business expansion in the Central China and Xinjiang regions and also oversee the work of the Integrated Energy Business Unit.

In 2023, he/she served as the General Manager of Yunnan Jing Sai New Energy Co., Ltd.

Starting from a grassroots position within the company, I have gained comprehensive business and management skills through experience in various departments, including production manufacturing, after-sales service, and business development. In 2011, I was appointed as the plant director of the Jiangsu branch. Following the company’s strategic shift into the Renewables sector in 2013, I became deeply involved in managing several core business areas and was one of the key architects behind the company’s Renewables business development. Over the course of my career, I have personally developed photovoltaic projects totaling 500 MW and participated in engineering management projects with a total capacity of 1 GW, demonstrating exceptional capabilities in market expansion and project management. Currently, I am responsible for business development in the Southwest and North China regions and also oversee the overall operations of the engineering division.

Since 2024, has served as the General Manager of Weining Jinghui New Energy Co., Ltd.

Previously worked at state-owned enterprises including XJ Group, Beijing Enterprises Water & Environment, and Hebei Construction & Investment. During my tenure, I successfully led the development of nearly 500 MW of wind and photovoltaic power projects, spearheaded the expansion of PV operation and maintenance projects totaling 300 MW, and guided the team in deeply penetrating the Renewables market in the northwest region, achieving remarkable results. I have received numerous company awards, including “Outstanding Team.” I possess extensive practical experience and strong capabilities in resource integration within the fields of Renewables project development and operational management. Currently, I am responsible for business expansion in the northwest region and oversee the overall operations and maintenance division.

Engaged in research related to wind resource analysis and wind energy utilization, I have in recent years successfully facilitated the smooth implementation of large-scale wind power projects for the company, including those in Lushan, Henan Province. With eight years of experience, I possess an extensive database and a wide array of production tools. I excel in macro- and micro-level site selection for projects, wind measurement data analysis, and computational fluid dynamics simulations. As the leader of the business-technical-engineering triad, I have effectively integrated upstream and downstream processes—from scheme design to cost control—breaking barriers between theory and practice and ensuring efficient translation of theoretical concepts into real-world applications. I also coordinate the seamless integration of generation, grid, load, and storage resources, demonstrating strong capabilities in cross-departmental collaboration management and project risk control, thereby supporting informed decision-making and enhancing project profitability. Currently, I am responsible for the technical aspects of the company’s entire wind power business segment.
