Notice from the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration on Improving the Pricing Mechanism to Promote On-site Consumption of Renewables Power Generation
Vigorously promoting the development and utilization of Renewables resources such as wind power and solar power is of great significance for facilitating the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy sector and achieving the goals of peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. Developing local consumption of Renewables is an important approach to boosting the development and utilization of Renewables resources and meeting enterprises’ demand for green energy consumption. To implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council and to promote higher-level local consumption of Renewables, we hereby issue the following notice on relevant matters.
