Business Development
Self-developed
From initial site assessment—covering land use classification, solar/wind resource potential, and grid connection feasibility—through negotiation and execution of a development agreement with local government, to securing all required administrative approvals (including planning, land use, environmental impact assessment, forestry/grassland permits, and grid interconnection), until full project approval or filing is obtained, followed by collaboration with central state-owned enterprises or investors.
EPC General Contracting
This refers to “turnkey projects.” Relying on independently developed or bid-winning projects, we undertake EPC contracts, taking full responsibility for the design, procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, and delivery of a “complete” power plant.
Co-development
Collaborate with local enterprises that possess resources—such as factories with rooftop resources or farms with land resources—as well as Renewables enterprises that have technology and capital. By pooling the resources of all parties, we can create complementary advantages, and each party will share the profits according to its equity stake.
Industry-Investment Integration
Sign agreements with local governments to either make independent investments or engage in industrial investments with other large enterprises based on equity stakes, thereby obtaining local Renewables development quotas. Independently carry out development, approval, design, construction, and operation & maintenance, and also attract investors to jointly fund Renewables projects.
Mergers and Acquisitions & Restructuring
Acquire the projects and project companies that have been approved by the resource provider, complete the project approval and construction filing procedures, establish preliminary acquisition agreements with investors, provide initial investment capital and secure financing for the construction phase, and after completion and grid connection for power generation, finalize the asset transfer with the investors.
Energy Management Services
For distributed photovoltaic and source-grid-load-storage projects, the “Contract Energy Management” model is adopted. The service provider invests in and builds the power station, while the owner does not need to make any capital contribution. Both parties share the electricity cost savings generated by the power station according to an agreed-upon ratio. This model lowers the threshold for owners to use green electricity and has become the mainstream approach for promoting distributed energy systems today.
